Send Mammogram offers a HIPAA-secure enterprise cloud platform for breast image sharing
that’s built to eliminate delays in care and streamline coordination between mammography
facilities, referring providers, and patients.
Our platform enables facilities to securely send, receive, and track prior mammograms, helping
reduce redundant imaging, support diagnostic accuracy, and promote timely follow-up.
We also offer the MammoVault® mobile app in coordination with Send Mammogram
Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports educational outreach and breast health
empowerment. This patient-facing tool allows women to request prior mammograms, maintain a
personal breast health record, and take control of their care journey - all in one secure place.
As part of our ongoing innovation, we’re also developing Mammsi™, an AI-powered breast
health assistant designed to deliver educational, evidence-based guidance. Once launched,
Mammsi™ will enhance the MammoVault experience by offering personalized support while
encouraging appropriate follow-up with healthcare providers.
By combining enterprise-grade infrastructure with community-driven outreach and emerging AI,
Send Mammogram delivers a unique, dual-impact solution:
• For providers: Seamless access to prior imaging with less administrative burden
• For patients: Empowering tools and AI-informed guidance to advocate for their breast health
Together, we’re advancing early detection, reducing unnecessary tests, and supporting more
coordinated, patient-centered care.

The Send Mammogram journey started with our founder reflecting on the most challenging
aspect of her career as a mammography technologist: the cascading problems caused by
unavailable prior mammograms. While contemplating the frustration of these situations, she
envisioned a transformative solution—Send Mammogram. This concept was initially designed to shift
mammography facilities from outdated fax and paper methods to digital signatures and mobile
technology.
Fueled by this vision, our founder crafted a strategic plan to revolutionize how breast health
images are requested and shared, aiming to enhance the quality of breast care for millions of
women.
Mammography is unique, as is every woman's breast, each with distinct characteristics.
Comparing prior images to current studies is crucial for accurate diagnosis and timely care.
Access to these prior images helps reduce the risk of unnecessary follow-up tests and exposure to
additional radiation, ensuring women receive informed and effective care.
In 2018, Send Mammogram officially launched at the Mercer Innovation Center, located on the
campus of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, with the invaluable support of student interns
Lauren Fowler and Dharmesh Patel.
